Scope
These terms apply to every shipment booked with ShipraExpress by any channel. By booking, the shipper agrees to them on its own behalf and on behalf of the receiver.
Booking and payment
Prices are calculated from the information you provide. If the actual weight or dimensions differ, we will charge the difference to your payment method or account.
Customs
You authorise us to act as your customs agent where permitted. You are responsible for accurate descriptions, values and HS codes.
- Duties and taxes are payable by the receiver unless the shipment is booked DDP.
- Shipments held by customs remain your responsibility for storage charges.
Liability
Our liability is limited to $100 per shipment unless declared-value insurance is purchased, and to the Montreal Convention or CMR where they apply.
Claims
Damage must be reported within 14 days of delivery and loss within 30 days of the booking date, through the dashboard.
